I cannot possibly sit and write out all of the things that I love about Jennifer Bentley’s coaching, but I am going to try!

Last year, I experienced watching a loved one suffer and pass away. It was so crushing, and I believe it was the icing on the cake after a lifetime of what felt like bombs dropping on me left and right.

I became suicidal. Anger consumed me. Grief consumed me. Fear consumed me. I was truly miserable and paralyzed to the point of not wanting to leave my house. Not wanting to shower sometimes because I was thinking- what if I fall and drown? Not eating solid foods, because I thought I might choke. I was dying.

That may sound “crazy” to you, but that was my life. Most people would never think or even believe that I thought like this. I’m educated, successful, and a bad ass to the outward world. No one sees me cry. No one sees me struggle. 

I don’t know how else to say it- I was falling apart and I couldn’t think or work my way out of it.

I didn’t want to turn to a clinical setting where I sit on a cold couch and vomit my problems and get a pat on the back before I head out the door. I needed more.

Doing deep research, I found Jenn’s website and here is what I thought- whoa! Her vision was crystal clear and exactly what I was looking for- a life transition coach that helps women that have experienced loss overcome fear. And... she looks really fucking cool.

Jenn has not only helped me, but empowered me to heal my own past.

Working with Jenn will not be easy. It’s serious work. It’s absolutely work. It’s not a feel-good call. Sometimes I get called out. Sometimes the work is really deep and personal and I find myself triggered and clawing up the damn walls. Sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry.

And you can believe one thing- Jenn cares about me. I’m not just a client and everyone that works with her feels this same way. She is a partner. A best friend. A confidant. A serious, no-frills ass kicker when you need it. And an inspiration.

With Jenn’s help, I have made breakthroughs left and right. I’ve outgrown my old ways of thinking. I promise you I will never again go back, because it’s just too late. I see my old patterns for what they are- bullshit. I catch myself. My words. My actions. None of it was working for me and it was time to change.

I am stepping into my future! And, as proof of that, I took my first plane ride yesterday in over six years. Jenn was up at 4 am so that I could text her while freaking out (she calls it excitement lol) about flying. Not only do we have our sessions, she is available when I really need her because honestly... she believes in me. And that’s made me believe in myself even more.

I don’t really know what I would have done or have become without her coaching. If you are flailing, or even at rock bottom and committed to a better life, contacting Jenn is a no-brainer.
